Learning experience designer

I design training
that measures itself.

Scenario-based modules where the debrief is built on the learner’s own data — not on what they say they would do. Storyline, Rise and hand-written JavaScript, packaged as SCORM for any LMS.

How I work

Three rules I don’t break.

01

Measure behaviour, not opinion

A smile sheet tells you how the training felt. I instrument the decisions people make inside the module, so the debrief can show them what they actually did.

02

Structure beats good intentions

Awareness fades in about two weeks. Routines don't. Every module I build ends with a concrete thing to do tomorrow, not a feeling of insight.

03

Say what the evidence says

If the research is thin, the module says so. Training that oversells its own effect teaches people to trust weak evidence.

The Screening

You teach a class of six. Three carry a label a fake test gave them. At the end you meet your own behaviour data — wait time, turns, task difficulty, feedback.

Mental and Physical Meditation

Breathing and movement taught through filmed demonstrations, with a menu the learner steers themselves. Playable here as the real SCORM package.

SCORM player

A course runs on the left, the LMS view runs on the right: completion, score, time, every interaction the package reports. Built to show what an LMS actually receives.

Writing

Notes from the build.

How a module gets designed, what the research actually supports, and what happens when you let an AI kit generate a course and then audit every line of it. Published where the field reads.
